Perfect rainy crappy day

Been raining all day and no chance to fish this weekend, but I am finishing a set of flies, eating peanuts, drinking a beer and watching The Matrix. Pretty much a great ending day.

More flies

Well fishing has not happened much lately, been building a deck on the house. I did get a hour last night to start tying some more flies for the Midwest shows this winter.

15 th anniversary

My wife and I just went out for our wedding anniversary. I don't know if I would marry her again, but we could live in sin.

Monarch release

The last of the monarchs have been released for the season. My daughter is now 11 and we will see if this holds any interest for her next summer. We ended up releasing about 35 butterflies.
